She recently started her own weight loss telemedicine practice, she's needing help with marketing, liability insurance, and how to operate and grow her practice.

We come to the conclusion that if you wait to have a perfect plan to start you'll never do it, you just have to get started and figure it out on the way. With a telemed practice staying local can work great and you can find success in one state or one area, don't complicate things at the very beginning of your practice's life.
