Episode 39: Advice for a New Grad Nurse Practitioner

Today we will be talking to Love who recently graduated with her acute care Nurse Practitioner degree. She is about to take her boards and already has two employment offers on the table and she basically needs guidance on how to navigate the beginning of her career deciding between employment vs. starting her own practice or doing both.

We come to the conclusion that as a new grad, it is best to secure employment, pay down your debts, and create an emergency fund as these are the best bases to eventually build a practice later in life.
