Episode 38: Never Give the Power to Others

Today we talk to Tracie, who is a double certified family and psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she just recently opened a part-time psych clinic and has been struggling with growth and management of the practice, as well as the bad performance of a past employee that affected the practice financially. She's needing assistance with marketing and growing the practice to the point where she can do it on a full-time basis.

In our conversation we learn that giving power over your income generation to another person is never a good idea, you must always be redundant and have knowledge and control over all of the aspects of your practice.
