Episode 3: Improving a Low Revenue Practice!

Today we will be talking to Veronica who is a nurse practitioner located in Maryland. She operates a mobile practice where she is predominately seeing home bound Medicare patients. She is only profiting $700 a week after 5 years and is working her tail off. She is needing help becoming more efficient with charting and is looking to increase her businesses revenue. By the end of the episode, a plan is developed to integrate more services into her practice which will hopefully improve her bottom line!
