Episode 24: Tweaking a Practice for Success

Today we will be talking to Nick who is a family and acute care nurse practitioner. Currently he is working full-time at an urgent care. He recently started a concierge wellness practice but is needing help obtaining more patients. We discuss various marketing strategies and how to improve the workflow of his practice. What we find out is that he just needs to make a few small changes to his established practice to increase patient volume. We figure out what the “hole” is in his business and discuss how to how to fill and fix it so he can build a profitable and successful practice.
