Episode 120: IV Infusion Clinic Startup

Today we'll be talking to Nicole (ACNP) and Robert  (LPN), a married couple currently working full-time at a ketamine clinic and as an executive director at a senior living facility respectively. They're about to open their own business, a med spa where they'll offer IV infusion, HRT, aesthetics, and a few other services. Nicole and Robert need help with the start-up process, regulatory considerations, and a general plan for their practice's success. 

In this episode, we talk about the importance of knowing the services other providers offer in your area, that way you'll know what to offer to cover the needs of your potential clients. IV infusion it's a good product to provide but we don't recommend basing your whole practice on it, instead use it as a complement to services where you'll have a bigger income investing less of your time, especially if you have little to no competition from other practice's with those services in your area.
