Episode 12: Procrastination is the Dream Killer

Today we will be talking to Dianne who is a family and psych nurse practitioner. She is working fulltime at a telepsych practice and is in the process of starting her own practice. She is needing assistance managing her time during the start up process and how to grow her practice the correct way from the start. Dianne has all the resources she needs to start her practice but we find out that procrastination, analysis paralysis, and issues prioritizing tasks during the start up process are what’s preventing her from getting started.
