Should training be fun? Is training more effective if it is? Could it make the training worse? While there are lots of questions about fun in training, there is also a lot of anecdotal evidence to suggest we should make our training sessions more fun when appropriate. However, in spite of this, L&D practitioners are often resistant to incorporate fun due to uncertainty about how it will be perceived.
