I Made This Mistake for a Full Decade

This very wealthy entrepreneur I know, Alex Mashinsky, was just arrested on charges of fraud. Looking pretty bad for him.

He was already well off before he started Celsius, the company that got him into this mess. I wonder if he would have made these same mistakes if he had been doing frequent reflective journaling.

He may have realized life is short and precious, and he's already well off. He may not have defrauded investors.

For the common person as well - reflective journaling can have tremendous consequences. You see the forest you've been laboring in and can orient your ship.

I believe everybody is closer to success than they realize. Success is just a bunch of good decisions away. And you can more easily make those good decisions with reflective journaling.
