Stories from the Psych Unit

That's right, I worked on a psychiatric unit and boy was it an experience. 
I feel there are some truly inspiring, sad, and real stories that I saw on a daily basis that I felt were worth sharing with you. 
It is important for you to understand the ugly side of mental health and some raw realness to something that people don't usually get a chance to see. 

These stories and ideas are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the intense things I experience, learned, and really how I became the therapist I am today.
