After chatting with Dr. Shawn Horn on this week's episode, I felt it was appropriate to be honest and real about some things and bust some shame feelings.
These last few weeks have been hard and weird for me due to reading an amazing book "Man Enough" by Justin Baldoni and all the Anti-Semitism happening in the US, causing me to feel some feelings.
This episode is all about being real with ourselves and how to show up the best way we can when we can.
