Episode description

Did you know that your stress levels have a serious impact on your gut health?

This has been coming up a lot in my clinical practice, so in this solo episode, I am explaining the correlation between the two and then I am giving you some tips to prevent the negative effects of stress on your gut!

I am breaking down all of the different ways that stress can affect digestion, lead to a leaky gut, cause diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and more.

To really understand how stress impacts the digestive system, I'm starting by describing what's supposed to happen in a normal human being who's not stressed in terms of the digestive tract. This is really important to understand for anyone - digestive issues or not.

If you think that your stress may be impacting the way your digestive system performs on a day-to-day basis, you aren’t going to want to miss this informative and helpful episode.
