Through the use of videos and social media outreach, the EOCP has piqued the interest of people who may not have given our industry much thought in terms of a possible line of work. We investigate the factors that have contributed to the success of Kalpna's program. In addition, we discuss previously overlooked and untapped groups of underemployed people who are ideal candidates for becoming members of our industry.
