When you uncover something unique during the research phase of a design sprint, what do you do with it? Do you bundle it with everything else, or scrutinize it for its possibilities? In this episode, I explore the notion that outliers may tell you more about your opportunity than you may initially think.
For almost all of us, followers and likes on social media are a natural byproduct of our posted content. It’s really easy to get romantic about high numbers, but you have to have perspective. In this episode, I try to emphasize the “why” behind what you’re doing on social, and look at the long-term view of establishing relationships as a more valuable byproduct of your efforts.
We’re trying something new this week, where were giving the Anchor podcast app a try. No edits and using EarPods, it sounds like I’m talking through a tunnel. I apologize for the audio quality, and I’ll try talking directly in the phone next time. Hope you enjoy the podcast!

I recently discovered WebFlow, courtesy of Ran Segall of Flux, and the online capabilities it showcases for web and design development. Then, I had a thought... what if you could use something like WebFlow as the core for your prototyping within a Sprint? This episode riffs on this and explores a four step process for optimizing Design Sprints with real working code. Enjoy! Let me know what you think in the comments. ————— We’re online everywhere.
