I've been thinking about communication a lot lately. You know - communication, good communication that is, is more vital than ever when you are dealing with precarious or emotionally charged situations that can impact a lot of things. But good communication often needs to be practiced and worked on in low-stress situations so that it's an instinct you can rely on in high stress situations when much of your active capacity must be dedicated to dealing with the situation. I'm not sure I made the point as eloquently as I could, but I tried anyway.
How often do you really check in with yourself?
Consistency and flexibility are not at odds with one another.
Kinda sorta all over the place today, talking about small things. Because, maybe small things add up.
Some choices are no big deal. Some are a bit of a deal. Some are a big deal. Know the kind of choice you're dealing with so you can treat it with the right kind of gravity.
Just some thoughts on how we present ourselves and communicte.

I sat here for 45 minutes, and then opened up my Kindle, and the quote, "Be worthy love, and love will come." was on the page that opened up. And that gave me the words I needed to talk about patience.
