We talk about Ryan’s experience being bullied in his teenage years, contemplating suicide at 19 years old, admitting something is wrong, feeling like you have to have your life together, how meditations improved his life, the problem with feeling comfortable but not aligned, cultivating courage, the effects pornography has on us, facing our shame and guilt, connecting to self and others on a deeper level, how comparison is stealing our happiness, giving even when you have nothing, turning pain into a beautiful experience and so much more!

I loved how Ryan was so open and vulnerable in sharing his story and experiences.
