Terran is a cancer and congenital heart disease survivor, she is a personal trainer, a TedX speaker, and host of The Terran Lamp Show, where she interviews ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Terran believes we all have a story that deserves to be shared, so I passed her the mic in this episode for her to share hers! We dive into her life navigating the struggles of chronic illness, how she is sharing her story to uplift and inspire others, and how she had overcome many of the health barriers that were placed on her to live a fulfilling life doing what she loves.
