Episode description

We have been taught to shy away from anger and to feel ashamed for feeling anger because it is an emotion associated with aggression, hatred, and all-around negativity; but how can we condemn anger if it such a regular and natural part of the human experience? What if, instead, we took the time to explore our anger and used it as a way of getting to know ourselves and the deep-rooted strength of our values and beliefs? In this episode, I talk about why anger is a necessary emotion that demands to be felt in order to fuel our passions and our desire for internal and external change, and how we can project anger through love and compassion to use it to inspire change in a healthy and proactive manner.
