Finally got a female on the show and it just happened to be the first female to foil the Channel of Bones in 2018 with just one months DW Foiling experience. A great chat with the talented young women Annie where we compare prone vs SUP DW Foiling, discuss the pros and cons of a slow foil and when you are ready to upgrade to a faster foil. We discuss the rise of winging which has seen more people get into DWing but the importance of showing the wingers the freedom of gliding down the coast without the wing. We then delve into other aspects of winging, back flips and self whip ins for windy waves finishing up with a bit of insight to Annie's big wave goals for this winter out Peahi.
