What Profit First Can Teach You About Putting Yourself First

Have you heard of Learn, Show, Do, Reflect, Repeat?

It’s a simple learning strategy we share on this week’s podcast.

And then we apply that to Profit First and putting yourself first.

On a very basic level, Profit First means you’re paying yourself first.

You’re taking a small portion of revenue and setting it aside first, and when you do that you prime your brain to take care of your needs before anything else.

The same is true when you put Energy and Mindset before your Strategic actions. You’re priming yourself to make sure you’re energized, feeling good, and cared for before you launch into business tasks.

Similarly, when you prioritize your sales activity, you’re making sure you pay yourself first.
