What Does It Mean To Know Your Numbers

In this episode, we're talking about knowing your numbers, because I've been seeing a lot of content out there about knowing your numbers, but we're not talking about what numbers those are, and we're not talking about them specifically in terms of your financial metrics within your business.

In this episode today, I'm presenting a big idea. I'm basically asking the question...

What if the most important metric in our business isn't revenue? 

What if it's not even profitability? 

What if a key performance indicator for our business is actually our personal net worth and deciding whether or not these businesses that we're running are positively or negatively actually impacting our net worth as a person and as a human being?

I see small business owners who come into the business space, they want financial freedom and they want personal freedom. And sometimes that financial freedom that they want, that they're chasing infringes upon their personal freedom.
