March CEO Debrief

I want to say that this CEO debrief was definitely my hardest one so far. 

I did not want to sit down and reflect on this particular month. It has been wild. It has been exhausting. It has stirred up my anxiety. I have had a panic attack.

We are navigating just so much uncertainty and ambiguity right now. And the last thing I wanted to do was sit down and structure my brain around debriefing. So it took me a few days, it took me way longer than this would normally take, but I did put myself down in a chair because it's important. It's really important now that we are taking stock and serving the land in what's going on in our businesses.
