Sitting down and chatting one half of the back to back power couple of the year winners at the CrossFit Green awards night, Mr Donal Gilligan. Donal sat with down and chatted about life, CrossFit Green, difficulties in running a business with covid and of course his Marathon he completed recently before his 60th in which he raised money for a charity close to him.
