She has more than twenty two years of experience as a conscious interstellar voice channeler and dimensional holographic healer. In two thousand and seven, she went through a significant awakening, we'll have her tell us about that and received her holographic and quantum healing training from the Octurian Council. Vivianna, welcome to the program.

What exactly is the Octurian group the Council.
Octurians are known as one of the most enlightened and intergalactic civilization. That's been interacting with the Earth for millions of millions of years. I think of us this way. We are great inventors, teachers, and we're here to release support humanity and our most important awakening process. So, just to give you an idea, we come from the Buddhesque constellation, which is approximately thirty six light years from your solar system.
It is known as the third brightest star in your sky octurist, beautiful star.
Did they come to you or did you find them?
No?
I am one of them. I am one.
So you're you're here on this planet? Can I simply say you're an extraterrestrial?
By the sole level, I am a doctrine being. I simply embody this human a hybrid template so I can do my work here on the planet.
At what point did they decide to send you here?
That is a fantastic question, George. It has been the making of a very long journey to be able to perfect a vessel capable of sustaining my doctrine avatar self and yet being able to function on the third So it took many generations to be able to stabilize the
gene pool and create a perfect template of life. If you want So imagine for a moment an advanced civilization capable of engineering a holograph using advanced light spectrum technology, and to make this hologram solid real with complete biological carbon based internal organs, the complete unique being, consciousness energy that will empower the template. In a nutshell, this is how they built my physical body.
What do they think of human beings? Vivia? What do you think of human beings?
We see human beings with so much potential. We see you as divine, a sense of like compressed in the physical form. We recognize who you are. We also recognize all the challenges that humanity has gone through for generations, manipulations, restrictions, belief systems, historical timelines that has been dictating what you can do, what you're unable to do. We're here too, simply help you remember the truth about who you are.
Is our planet a special planet based on what you know about the cosmos?
In a way, George, it is really unique. Moto Tera, this beautiful blue pearl, as we call her, it's very unique in the sense that she has a capacity to hold such diversity of life in a very unified synergy ecosystem of life. Look how much diversity of life that is on this planet. It is truly phenomenal. She's a
jewel that needs to be protected. And so we're here to simply guide the way as we are simply a reminder of a future potential of what you can becoming, and also as a reminder that human beings are truly stewards guardians of this earth, and it's very important to return to these essential of living.
Is your name Viviana an Octorian name or a name that you picked here?
I like this question, George vivianove is my earthly identity?
Now, have you been in this huge form since you were a little girl, born as a baby, or did you occupy it later on?
That's another great question. So there's a distinction between a walk in, which is absolutely not my situation. In my case, I have chosen to insert my consciousness, my conscious energy into the body at a very early stage. And so technically you can say that I was so called born into this body, except that I was born on board of my Octurian fathership. I was not born on the earth. I was born on the ship and I do have full recollection of this.
Did you have human parents?
Yes, I have actually two most amazing human beings with extraordinary capacity for love and compassion. In fact, even before I arrived, my intergalactic group has been in direct communications with my human family of especially my parents, to really prepare this project, the arrival of this very unique hybrid
being in a prototype physical form. It took us generation of direct soul collaborations, whether it is to my great grandparents, my grandparents leading up to both my mother and father, and even to this day, my octran father still comes to hello to my parents, see how they're doing, and they watch over them. It's all part of the sole agreement.
So your human family, your human parents, were well aware of who you were what you are before you even born.
Yes, that is correct, George. It has been the making for a long time. And because Aucturian are spiritually an enlightened intergalactic group, we do everything with divine grace and agreements. It is a partnership that involves you know, sharing gifts, open communications, and so it is part of their journey, it's a part of their sole growth, it's a part of their reality. They've been in for a very very
long time and in fact, when they were teenagers. You will be fifteen or sixteen years old, and they just got together already a spaceship will follow them and they will have cases of missing time to the petic communications. It was already ongoing because we were preparing for our arrival.
Were your human parents, specifically your mother who gave you birth to you? Was she abducted as by the actorians and then the hybridization of you was created.
No, there is absolutely no abduction, and I am Steen. I have no office affiliation with any hybrid program. I am truly a unique prototype in the making. I chose at the sole level to be boots on the ground on a planet still evolving on a third density level. So, because we are high frequency being and we have ascended at a level, even our body template is so much
more luminous than that of the actual human body. I ask the console, I ask my group to perfect the perfect template so I can be here and sustain the pressure of these third density energies. So it's been a very long partnership of communication. I remember a time where our group came to my parents when they were younger, showing them the future timeline, what was involved, what was the gift? Also there will be and the ongoing support. They're still watching over them. So think of it this way.
It's the extended family of the Indegalopic groups have come and work with two extraordinary human beings with capacity of welcoming a child that is very unique in her own way, and they have embraced me ever since.
How did they select your human parents, the ones that gave birth to you.
The selection of my parents, per se, as I mentioned, has been a long partnership at a soul level. So think of it this way, George, is that that's even before my both my parents came back and into incarnation. So this is very much about soul group consciousness connecting, being able to look at the genetic line they were bringing. It's about the quality their soul virtues, their capacity and a much higher life, able to accept such tasks and
yet understanding that as a greater purpose behind it. They're pretty extraordinary parents. I couldn't ask for better ones.
You were created, however, by Octorians.
Yes, my my Oucturian family are the ones who have created my physical.
Template through the humans.
Not really, it's more complex than that. We Octurant we have what's called a conscious assistant technology.
Well, well, let me ask you. Let me ask you this, Viviana. Did your human mother give birth to you in in a hospital?
No?
Uh huh okay, So explain that situation. How did that occur? How did how did you get here?
How I got here? Is? How could I say that? Once the one the template or what we call the matrix of life that has the full biological system in it, and I consciousness energize that template, then the blend of the genetic pool or the portion necessary from my human mother who was taken to stabilize the template in order for me to have that part of connection with the Earth. I want to have this Earth connection so I can be more effective in my mission into emotionally connecting to
people here feeling the consciousness of the earth. Once the template was complete to some degree, yes, my mother carried me, but the birth itself, when I really enter the template was took place on board my auctuary and father starship. We have to be within our own technology. We couldn't risk the body to perish. We do not know how the body will react, whether there is the immune system,
digestive system, the respiratory tract. When you create a hybrid, you have to be very mindful in terms of how the biological system will respond. And so this is why I have to come to form directly on board the octrine sophisticated mothership with our own technology in other three D technology.
Now, were you ever in the mother? You talked about how she carried you, So you were in her womb right some degree?
I was. I have no, I have no recollection, I have no sensory connections or memory of it is. I enter the template at the very last moment.
And when you say when you when you say template, what do you mean by that?
What we mean by that is that even the human body, it's a template of holistic largy, I can carry a biological system. So the matrix that the doctrine created became my body physical vessel, if you want to call it this way.
Now, a human baby is in the mother's roomb for about nine months. How long were you there?
I have no concept of time, George, because time, when you work with intergalactic masters, it seems to you that it may be nine months, but in reality you may have been longer or shorter. Okay, so that's very relative in terms of time.
Now, if she did not give you physical birth like a human baby would be born. How did they should, I say, extract you? How did they get you?
It's just not really important really to my being here. And I wonder I also honor my mother because she's gone through a lot with that.
Are you talking about the human mother?
Yes, it's my beautiful mother here. Let's just say that when the time came, everything was done with the utmost care and respect and so much love. And that's what is important here.
Okay, And she's aware of all this everything, okay, all right. So the fact that you were here and did they raise you as a little girl.
Well, I wish sometimes they would have. I know that they offered that to my mother to raise me to a certain age. But she really wants me to be with her here on the planet, so she made a decision for me at a very young age that I would stay on the planet with them. So I grew up mostly here. But at the same time, George, I am on the planet and I'm off planet all at once. So it's only an aspect of me that is here. The other aspect of me is back on acturist interacting
with our you know, group of elders or consols. We are in that symbiotic communication with each other. So I I'm constantly on enough planet anyway. So to your perspective, yes, I grew up here, but it's a very loose term, if that makes sense.
And my next question would have been, and you almost answered it was who trained you to give you the knowledge you now have?
Well, that's very easy, George, my own self, I come here already as an Octurnan being. Okay, So yes, of course I do have a very large support system that I have about at least thirty three Octrians who are actively assigned to me for my Earthway mission. That's in addition to my Ouctrian father that is very much involved with everything I do.
What is your purpose, Viviana, of being here on planet Earth.
My purpose, one of the greatest purposes I have is, of course, on a planetary level, is to assure the success of the extension timeline. I'm here to life the future timeline, and then from there we're going to at some point we reinsert ancient knowledge that comes directly from the Auctrian spherical archives, and we're going to bring in the next level of knowledge and teaching that will really
accelerate the human evolution. And being able to help human beings to rekindle with their own original template and divinity. In the meantime, I have been extremely active to do a lot of uning work, whether it's on a personal level group, whether it's through interviews, conferences, you know, speaking engagements.
I do a lot of activations. So I am really here to InCor the next level the frequency the light codes are coming back, and that will also be reflecting into the DNA template right in the human body, because you're DNA template shifting and so I have a multiple of purposes, but over all I am here to assist an entire planet into the ascension process.
I've been looking at your website that you have developed, and who is Peter? Tell us about Peter.
Peter is my husband?
Is he a human or is he an Octorian?
Actually, Peter come from the Angel Crown. When I met Peter for the first time, I had a clear knowingness at a soul level that we had a contract and I recognized him at a sole level. And for him
today was a clear soul recognition. And one thing that I saw in his field is I saw a thousand angels wearing the same symbol, almost like an armor, and it came together as one unified voice, and they said, please understand who is This person is one of our brothers and is directly from the art Archangel Realm, directly from Archangel Michael Linhe amazing.
So I assume, Viviana, you believe in God.
I am believing in Prime Creator, the supreme creative force of all in that sense, yet.
