Ready, you will be amazed by the wizard of Weird. This is Strange Thing. I am Joshua by Warren, and each week on this show I'll be bringing you brand new my blowing content, news exercises, and weird experiments you can do at home and a lot more on this edition of the show, Create a Psychic Experiment Kit for pennies. This is the final installment in my recent series about how you can use common household items, things that you probably have on hand or certainly can obtain for cheap,
in order to create paranormal investigation tools. And this can be if you are a hobbyist or if just something spontaneously happens at your house and you have to scramble to document it. It is based upon the book that I wrote years ago called poor Man's Paranormal, a manual on using household items to document ghosts, UFOs, cryptids and psychic activity. Right now it has been called the Paranormal mcguiver. Well, in some of my recent shows, I've already covered the others.
I told you how to create items that can document help you document ghosts and UFOs and cryptids, and so now we're going to finish the series with yes psychic phenomena and ESP. Here we go. Psychic activity or ESP, that is extrasensory perception exemplifies how humans can sense or interact with energies not understood by mainstream scientists. Now, everything covered in the previous sections on ghosts, UFOs, and cryptids
can be helpful and examining psychic claims. However, these simple tips can help you both explore and test someone, maybe even yourself for ESP. First, one of my favorites, the energy will. One of the most fascinating psychic phenomena is telekinesis or TK, the ability to control a physical object using nothing but direct thought. Alone. Think of how the jedis move things around in Star Wars. Well, the energy will is one of the best ways to test and
even develop such possible skills. Here's all you have to do. Take a chunk of foam or an eraser or some similar substance, and just push a straight pin or needle through it. All you need is for this needle to stand up straight on its own with the sharp point at the top. And next, take a square of lightweight paper that is approximately fourign by four inches. And let me pause for those of you who are listening in other countries, let's see what four inches is to centimeters
it is I don't do not memorize conversions. It looks like it's going to be ten centimeters by ten centimeters. So you have a square of paper that's four inches by four inches or ten centimeters by ten centimeters, and you fold it diagonally one way, and then you unfold it, and then you fold it diagonally the other way, and then you unfold it, and now you'll have what looks like a small paper pyramid. You just set this paper pyramid on top of the needle so that its inner
apex rests on the sharp tip. And so now you have this paper pyramid that can spin around freely, sort of like a pin. Well, I guess, so next, what you want to do is place your hands on either side of the needle and focus on making it spin in the beginning direction does not matter. Eventually you'll want to try to force it clockwise or counterclockwise, and after much practice, an advanced user may even be able to
make it spin under a glass. Now there is no hard and fast rule about how you should place your hands. You might just put your hands on each side with the palms open and facing the energy will Or you might try putting the hands in a similar position where one hand has the palm facing and then the other hand has the back of a hand facing. You might put one hand above the wheel. Try different configurations, but the biggest thing is you'd want to rule out wind
or your breath or something blowing it around. You might even want to put some type of a well like a mask on, or you might want to again graduate to shielding it under some kind of a glass. It doesn't matter. But the more you practic this with it, the more you'll find out what may work for you. And I actually got to the point one time years ago where I was practicing this every day and I actually could get this to spin under a glass, and I even have video footage of that I posted somewhere
on YouTube. So the energy will is a very simple device, and it can be used to test someone who claims to possess telekinesis, or to train yourself to develop telekinetic skills over time. And keep in mind that if you can just maybe put your hands around it and it might start naturally moving as the energy naturally flows around your body. But of course the next big step, the holy Grail, is trying to control that energy flow so
that you can manipulate the object. Next, we have the pendulum. Now, if you hold a string in your hand with a small weight on the end, just like a phishing sinker, you have a basic pendulum. And you can even get results by taking off a common necklace and holding one end with a pendant swinging at the bottom. And this can be used to test psychic knowledge now regardless of your dominant hand. Actually I guess it does. It might be helpful if you use your dominant hand in the beginning.
But what you want to do is you rest your elbow on a table and you hold the top of your pendulum, and it doesn't really matter how you hold it. I have a tendency to hold it with my thumb and index and middle finger just the top of the pendulum cord. But just make sure the bottom of the pendulum does not touch the table and can swing freely. Calm yourself until it is still, and once still, just sit there and in vision it swinging clockwise. In a
few moments, it will swing clockwise. Now calm yourself again and have it go still, and now visualize it swinging count clockwise and it will swing counterclockwise. Do this again, envisioning it swinging back and forth, and then again envision it swinging side to side, and you will see that what you envision makes the pendulum swing in a certain way.
This is a known scientific phenomenon called automatism, and it is an understood process by which that which you envision affects microscopic impulses in your muscles to affect the world around you. So, even though you may not realize you're intentionally doing this, you are intentionally doing this subconsciously. So once you've done that basic exercise to get the feeling for the pendulum. You want to pick the two motions
that were easiest for you. Was it clockwise versus counterclockwise or was it back and forth or was it side to side. Pick one of those that you liked. Let's say you pick clockwise versus counterclockwise. Well, then you should visualize it swinging clockwise and then you say out loud to the pendulum this means yes. And then you let it spin that way. And then you calm yourself, and then you make it swing counterclockwise and you say this means no, and you let it swing that way for
a while. Well, you have now programmed your pendulum. That is how you program a pendulum. It doesn't matter what motion you pick. You must establish this represents yes, this represents no. Now, a programmed pendulum is used to divine for knowledge, you can sit and ask the pendulum questions, judging a yes or no response based on how it swings. You can test and perfect the ability by having someone flip a coin and then you can ask your pendulum
if it's heads or tell. But if you find a technique works amazingly well for you or someone else, experiment with using it to divine any knowledge you want. I mean, if you can get answers to YESTERDA no questions, you can use that to work your way to just about anything you want to know. And that's a very easy way to do it. Next, we have dowsing rods. Dowsing
rods are used much like the pendulum. They are created to extract information about ethereal matters, and though they have become most popular as detectors of underground substances like water or oil, they can be programmed just like the pendulum for psychic experiments of any kind. It's easy to make
dowsing rods. You simply need a metal wire coahangar with pliers, and you cut the hanger just below the hook on either side, and you can throw the hook away you won't need it, And then make a single cut in the middle of the bottom wire, and that will give you two angled sections of wire. You bend each of them out into l shapes, and these are your two
dowsing rods. The short end is your handles. Okay, so you want to loosely hold those short ends of each dowsing rod in your hands like guns, and you hold your hands about one inch apart and level right in front of you, and you watch how they swing. And when we come back, I'm going to tell you what else you need to do with the dowsing rods, and then we're going to get into some very simple things you can do if you don't want to build anything,
just with playing cards, coins and dice. You know what. I have got some very interesting experiments and big announcements coming up before this year is over, but many of them will not be announced on this podcast. Welcome back to Strange Things on the iHeartRadio and Coast to Coast AM Paranormal podcast Network. I am your host, the Wizard of Weird, Joshua P. Warren, beaming into your worm Whole brand from my studio in Sin City, Las Vegas, Nevada. We're every day is Golden and every night is silver. Agiatacto Zume and back to dowsing rods. They're very simple to make. You get that coahangar. You cut those sections out and again you want to hold each one of these L shaped wires by the short part, just like
you're holding guns. But you hold your hands out in front of you about an inch apart and you hold it level, so those long wires are parallel to the ground and then you just watch how they swing. And just like with the pendulum, you have to program them by asking them to swing together or apart. And once you can consciously make them swing either together or apart, tell them to swing together to indicate one thing and
to part to indicate another. So for example, maybe if they swing together that means yes, and if they swing part that means no. Or you can be more specific. You can say I want you to swing together when there is water below me, and stay apart when there is no water below me. There is no limit on how this technique can be used. In fact, both the pendulum and dowsing rod methods can be used over maps instead of the actual land to experimentally obtain information about
geographic terrains. Yes, you don't even have to be on location. A lot of people hire folks. I've heard take out a map successful dowsers and defined where oil or gold may be. And I know in Vietnam they certainly use dowsers to try to find land mines and underground tunnels where the enemy was hiding and that sort of thing. This next section here is playing cards, coins and dice. Perhaps the oldest and simplest way of ten and exploring
psychic activity is by way of coins and cards. Since these are almost always nearby, never forget to implement them. Anything that has been used in gambling is a good tool for testing ESP. When flipping a coin, there is generally a fifty to fifty chance of the outcome, and this can be used to determine someone's clairvoyance easily. It can even be more effectively done using a dye or
a pair of dice. Die are actually better since the die may be more I guess dice are actually better since the die or the dice may be more balanced and has six possible outcomes. So if you use dice, put them in a plastic cup with an identical cup on top and shake them together between the two cups so that you're not directly touching them before spilling them on the table. Using those cups ensures the shaker's hands never come into contact with the die and cannot possibly
influence the outcome. Now, the famous ESP cards developed by the Ryan Research Center feature symbols like a star, wavy lines, square, etc. And you can make your own symbol cards or just use playing cards. When using standard playing cards, start by asking the test subject to guess red or black, and then you can get more specific. Next move on to
the suit, finally to the number. All of these psychic testers can be utilized in almost any way, whether gaining information about something that should not be conventionally known or communicating with another intelligence. These are important tools. The mind, body and environment relationship of ESP is the glue that binds all paranormal activity together. And here's one last thing now that I've given you tips over these podcasts on how to create a kit to investigate ghosts or UFOs
or cryptids. Though everyone needs a starting point, we must caution against prematurely defining and categorizing a particular paranormal phenomenon. Just because we designate some activity is related to ghosts or UFOs or cryptids, that does not mean that they are all separated. They're actually intimately connected in some way. And so the information I've given you should be used to help you document anything that is currently not properly
explained by mainstream scientists. So within these simple, accessible tools and techniques, you should have all you need to start leading you down the path to truths, whatever it may be, and to ensure you're at your best. I suggest you practice everything in advance, make a project of it, gather your friends one evening, make a party. Kids love this.
It's a great way to learn about science. But do it now so that you will be already kind of aware of how this functions, and you'll have that knowledge on hand instantly when you need it the most. And you know, regardless of what you choose to study, patience is a virtue. Once your tools are in place, be observant, quiet and relaxed, Be reserved, and just see what happens around you. And of course, if you need help with any of those projects, you can always just visit my website.
If you'd like to get a copy of The poor Man's Paranormal, it's in my Curiosity Shop at Joshua Pwarren dot com. It comes with a number of other PDFs that you can instantly download for cheap. But remember what I told you. One of the most important tools to possess altogether as a compass for both determining direction and
detecting electrical disturbances. And remember that all the high tech resources big budget investigators have basically document the very same thing things that you can document with these household items. Benjamin Franklin proved to his own satisfaction that lightning is an electrostatic power using a kite, a key, a glass jar,
and some metal foil. Okay, always remember that he also discovered the Gulf Stream by dipping bottles of Madeira wine that he had drank at various intervals into the ocean water as he was crossing the Atlantic. So profound information can and will be gleaned by what you cobble together in your own home today, so be sure to remember that. So that's it. Here endeth the lesson, and I hope that all of those things are helpful in one way
or another. You know, it's funny. For years, my mother and father, Danny and Peggy Warren, were big land developers in western North Carolina, And you know, I've interviewed both of them on this show. And my mom has had a lot of psychic experiences throughout her life. My dad has always been open to it, but he's never really been an enthusiast, and he just never knew what to
think of it. But I tell you one thing, when money was on the line as land developers and they were trying to figure out where to drill a well. My dad every time he would go out and he would get he'd had his set at dowsing rods, and he would take those dowsing rods out and he would find exactly where the water was. And you'd have these I guess they call them Martesian wells that you know they dig and all of a sudden, boom, the water
would just come squirting, jetting up into the sky. He found those all the time using dowsing I don't know how to explain that. And by the way, you know, when you make those dowsing rods, you can just hold those wire handles like I explained, Or if you want them to swing more fluidly, you can take something like a drinking straw and cut a little section off and slip it over so it makes for like a plastic covering between your hand and the wires so they swing
more fluidly. Or you can take a little piece of PVC pipe and do the same thing any kind of tubing. So those are tips for you to remember. I also want to give some shout outs here to some people who influenced me a lot when it came to me understanding the reality of psychic phenomena. The first psychic I really became friends with who impressed me was Angela fay Moore, who lives in western North Carolina. I've talked about Angela More a lot, and there were times where I was
growing up. She would go on investigations, she would come to events and I would see people crying, and you know, she was really impressing a lot of folks. And Angela, she I'm sure would love to hear from you. She's happy to psychic work, and I believe that she doesn't even charge for it. I think she just takes donations. Her website is Angela Fayemore dot com. Fay is spelled with an e on the end, fa Ye Angela Faymore
dot com. Go look her up. And then when I started getting into the TV business, I met Karen Reese, and Karen Reese was profound because that we were working together on this show while you've heard me talk about it called Xops, and before the show even started, the very first day I met her, let's see, Actually no, that's not right. I worked on two shows with her. Anyway, it doesn't matter. One of the shows I worked on with her. The first day we got together and she
took out. Okay, there was a production person who came up to her and said, I have a purse here, Why can you tell me about it? And Karen Reese said, well, this belonged to your mother. And she started telling this lady all about her mother with all these details and dates and names, and again the woman breaks down starts crying. It was crazy. And Karen has helped people get LOTO numbers. Anyway.
Her website is karen rest dot com k a r y n r e e c e k a r y n That's how she spells Karen Karen reestot com. The third person I want to tell you about is Laura Lee. I also met on a TV show and Laura Lee one time. Okay, I was sort of sequestered with her in a room while we were waiting for some production queue, and so she said, well, what would you like to know? And I said, well, I had a friend who recently died. What can you tell me
about that friend? And she started describing this man who had recently died like you wouldn't believe that he had a funny hat he used to wear all the time, and he had a strange white beard but no mustache, and he was a scientist, and she was just telling me all about him, and it just blew me away. Her website is Radio Medium Laura Lee l E. Radio Medium Laura Lee. Check out one of those ladies if
you're interested and communicating with a psychic. Well, when we come back from this break, I'd like to pay tribute to an amazing artist who is no longer with us. He was a great friend of mine for a long time. I'm Joshua P.
Warren.

Warren, and this is the show where the unusual becomes usual. If you've followed my work over the years, then you have most certainly enjoyed the art of Tim Peterson. He was one of my best friends, and he died recently unexpectedly, at the age of forty seven.
We met in high school, Clyde A. Irwin High in Ashfield, North Carolina, back in the early nineties. I was already writing books as a teen and I needed a professional level artist, and somehow I found out about this other kid, a prodigy named Tim Peterson. Peterson is spelled p E d e r s e n. He was tall and lanky, with wild black hair, and his eyes were dark, but they always had this comedic spark. He was always kind of smirking at the world, and the first time I
saw him draw, I was astounded. The pictures that flowed from the end of his pen looked like they were being magically printed by a machine right in front of my eyes. And it turns out he could do it all, not just draw, but paint with various media. He was also great at playing the guitar and the keys, but he was especially on the cutting edge of computer graphics, which was of great importance to me for book covers
and such. So over the years we worked together to create covers for my early book Looks Like Speaking of Strange and Plausible Ghosts. In fact, we decided to collaborate on a children's book called The Lonely Ameba. It was kind of like a Doctor Seuss book. I wrote the whole thing in rhyming verse, and he illustrated the whole thing with watercolor. It was published in hardback and it turned out fantastic, and we did book signings and fun
events together. When I wrote Haunted Ashville, I took the photographs for the original cover and gave them to him, and he created one of the most memorable ghost book covers of all time in my opinion. Tim was originally from Florida, so we did some little projects like a book called Young Artists of Florida and then another rare book called North Carolina UFOs, and the list just goes on. Well. In high school, he and I, of course were always
hanging out, always getting into mischief. He had this insane sense of humor, even crazier than mine, and the two of us together pulled off some pretty elaborate pranks. And in fact, we were so close in high school that for our senior year, I wrote the theme and cover description for the yearbook and he created it with an airbrush, this mystical vision. So we even created the darn graduation yearbook together. As a matter of fact, it's kind of funny.
Reminds me that I think that I wrote that the phrase on the cover of the yearbook should be the dawning of a new perspective. And when they all came out, there was I guess a miscommunication and it said the dawning of a new prospective. So perspective is per and prospective pro So that was kind of I don't know, it was just a weird thing that I always think of when it comes to that yearbook. But you know, it worked out either way. So over the years, we
continued working together on countless projects. I have so many memories of adventures with Tim that it's impossible to recall them all. Well, I mean, right out of high school, we traveled to New Orleans together to explore the weird culture, and my mom told me she was worried, sick about the two of us alone in New Orleans where we knew no one and it was Marti Grop. We weren't even drinking age. But trust me, nobody in New Orleans cared.
In fact, if you go back and listen to episode twenty five of this podcast Strange Things, Episode twenty five is called Our Weird Moon and My Encounter with Real Vampires. Well, I told this story about me and Tim being in New Orleans and getting into this real pickle with some vampires down by the Mississippi River one night. And in the episode, as I was telling the story, I claimed that I had changed the name of my friend, but actually I did not. I said his name was Tim,
and that was true. So after high school, Tim moved to Atlanta for a while. I went down to visit him, and you have all these memories, you know. I remember one day we walked into this eclectic record store and ran right into Taylor Hawkins, the drummer for Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl's band, and he was super nice and we chatted with him for a while. And Taylor Hawkins is now no longer with us. He died in twenty twenty two at age fifty. Well, Tim, he was always looking
for more adventure. He then he moved to New York City for a while and then finally to Los Angeles, California. And there, I mean he quickly became a very successful person as a commercial artist in Los Angeles, I mean, working for big firms, designing everything from billboards to candy bar rappers to web campaigns. He was doing well and
he was making a lot of money. And sometimes I would visit him in LA and we would go to some pretty fancy places like Soho House, West Hollywood, and I remember one night in twenty eighteen we went to this nice bar where they filmed a part of the movie ed Wood. That's one of my favorite films, ed Would by Tim Burton. So you know, I just have all these interesting memories of things that you know, we
experienced together. And when he was there in La I mean, things were going well for quite a while for him. I mean, roommates and girlfriends would occasionally come and go, but he never had kids, he never got married, and he primarily lived alone. But Tim, he liked to go out and have a good time, and he did that a lot, and that eventually got out of control and
started to take a toll on his health. And I don't know exactly what happened to him at the least at this point, but you know, he recently died again, age forty seven. And of course that happens to a lot of great artists with insatiable appetites who just want to go out and have this grand life life experience. But you know, there's nothing I can really say to capture the true essence of the guy. I mean, even though we were such friends, he was always sort of
a loner with an attitude. And of course a part of me is very sad, but honestly, there's a greater part of me that feels happy that he enjoyed such a fun wild ride in this life and he didn't have to grow old, because I do not think he would have been very happy as an old man. So God bless you, Tim, I love you. Thank you for sharing your talent and your warmth and friendship. And I can imagine that you will never be a ghost.
On this earth.
You're out there soaring through the cosmos right now like some psychedelic superman, and I am sure that you will paint the sky. You know. Hank Williams said, no matter how I struggle and strive, I'll never get out of this world alive. And my friend Bill Banner, who lived to be an old man, always said, the thing that sucks about living to be old is watching all of
your friends die. Ain't that the truth? You know? You've probably heard this story that Harry Houdini told his wife that he was going to give her this secret code that only the two of them would know, and that if he died before her and she wanted to test out one of these psychics or medium mediums, that he would pass along this code. And most people say that she tried. She had seances and she met all these psychics and stuff and that she never got the code.
But then there are other people who say no, no, no, that's not true. She actually did get the code. In fact, there was this psychic at the time named Arthur Ford, and he has witnesses and documentation. He wrote a book about this. He said that he was able to get the code from Houdini on the other side after Houdini died, and that he was able to get a meeting with
Houdini's wife and she confirmed that it was correct. The message from the other side was quote rose a bell answer tail pray answer look tail answer answer tail end quote. Now that may not make a lot of sense, but they said it was based on both sentimentality and an old Vaudeville mind reading routine because roose Belt roose Belt was the name of the song she sang in her act when they first met, and her wedding band had
this inscription and said rose Belt. The other words correspond to a secret spelling code used to pass information between a magician and his assistant during a mentalism act, where each word or word pair would equal a letter, so like the word answer stood for the letter B or answer answers stood for the little D letter V. Maybe you get the picture. But anyway, so the second phrase spelled out the word believe. So basically it was like roosebel this word that was sacred enough for her to
have on her wedding ring, and then believe. So I don't know what to believe. That was a long time ago, and I don't think we'll ever know exactly what to believe. But I have tried that with a number of my friends who have passed on. You know, I've had older folks who I assumed would pass on before me, and I have established a code word with them, and so far I have not had and it's been a different code word for each person a case only I'm the
person know this. So far, nothing has conclusively been communicated with me. But something happened to me recently. That is the closest I've come to having one of my friends who passed on give me the secret word. When we come back, I will explain that, and then I'll tell you about that story. And then I actually have kind of a funny, weird story I'm going to share with you.

New shows come out every Friday, so I'll be looking for you right here on the iHeartRadio and Coast to Coast AM Paranormal Podcast Network.
Welcome back to the final segment of this edition of Strange Things of the iHeartRadio and Coast to Coast AM Paranormal Podcast Network. I am your host, Joshua P. Lauren. And when I in Puerto Rico, my best friend was this lady named Margarita. We called her Itta and she was She was a tough, fireball over woman. She was a retired Navy officer. She could drink just about anybody
under the table. She had a boat and she would take me and Barn out to these islands, and I mean we would go off and have adventures and explore UFOs and chwo pacabras and I mean all that kind of stuff. She looked like the type of person like she She was very healthy, and you just thought she was going to live forever. And then when I moved from Puerto Rico to Las Vegas, of course we kept in touch. And a couple of years ago she told
me that she had pancreatic cancer. Now she was in her sixties, and as you probably know, pancreatic cancer is a tough thing to beat. So we started having you know, that conversation like, well, if this is the end, thank you for your friendship, et cetera. But I told her, let's come up with a code word, you know, if if you if you don't make it. And so I came up with one word as a code word. We agreed upon this just you know online, it's just direct messaging.
And so after she died, you know, I kept looking for that word and it was it wasn't popping up. And then just recently, I was sitting out back at my house next to the swimming pool, and I was I told Lauren that I had I had done this, you know, that I'd created this code word for Ida and I had never received it. And I said, what do you think it is? And Lauren said the word? And I was like, wow, that's kind of chilling because I'd be like, now that was that was a jarring thing.
And Lauren said, maybe this is how the word was supposed to be, you know, communicated to you. And that may be, but I still can't consider that conclusive proof because Lauren also knew Ida, and she might have been able to guess that word, even if it's subconscious. Also, Lauren and I, you know, we've been together for a long time and I think we have a lot of telepathy, so she may have plucked it out of my head.
So I still can't say that's conclusive evidence. But that's the closest I've come, and that actually, you know, I mean, that made an impact on me. So maybe you should try that out with some of your loved ones. You never know who's going to die first. Just because you're the younger one, that doesn't mean that something bad can't happen to you. Try out the code word method and just see what you come up with. It's a very interesting project when when you know somebody close like that
and then they pass on. Uh, you know what, before I tell you this kind of weird, funny story about something that recently happened to me. Uh, let me, let me read an email. I have an email I've had on hold for a while from a guy named Mike, and I read one of his emails before because he had told me he'd had this like string of bad luck, and then he downloaded one of the sigils from the sigil lab dot com. Uh, it might have been the money sigil, but we also have a money luck sigel
there that you can go and save. It's all free at the sigil lab dot com. But anyway, he had this like string of bad luck and then he got them. He got the sigil, and the day he got the sigil, his luck turned around. He said that you know, he had he had had luggage that was missing from his airplane flight and as soon as he got the sigil, boom,
they found the luggage intact, nothing missing. He'd been had a situation with this house this new house that he was trying to deal with, and it had been complicated and all of it smoothed down, and he starts just, you know, writing me, telling me all this, and so I read at some point one of his messages and then then he wrote me this the other day and
he says, oh, also says, I hadn't realized it. Not only did you decide to produce the lux sigitl the day I needed it, but but you prepared the podcast mentioning my experience the same week as my thirtieth wedding anniversary, which actually kind of plays into the story. And he says, if that's not proof that sigil's work, what a strange coincidence.
Thank you for the wonderful anniversary gift. Forever listening. So I know that as it totally makes sense out of consecutive order here with some of the things that has he's experienced. But what I just thought was interesting was that, you know, he he keeps telling me that all this stuff is turned around since he's used that sigil. So I hope that you'll go to the sigil lab dot com and just save some sigil that catches your eye
and experiment with it yourself. He also mentioned this in one of his emails, just as a side note, and I'm not sure if I got back to him about this. He said, I've never encountered a haunted object, he said, but perhaps you need to ask permission before moving them, like those who get permission from Robert the Doll before taking a picture. I agree with that entirely, Mike. I've gotten to the point now where I don't move just about anything in my house that's got a history without
talking to it, asking some permission first. And I think that's a good habit to get into. But thank you for keeping me updated on your progress there, Mike. I appreciate it. Glad things continue to work out for you. The force is flowing through you very well, my friend. And so now here's the story that I don't know. Sometimes I just bring up up these almost sort of random experiences that I've had here living in Las Vegas
that I call mental manna. And I was at the I see recently I had to have some X rays made of my lower back, and you know, it's one of those things you get older and you get aches and pains, and so so I go to the X ray lab and they take me back. There are a couple of nice ladies in charge. And I just laid down on my back and I just had to pull my pants down a little a little way so that, you know, like my lower back was was better exposed. So they take the X ray and then I hear
one of the ladies go, that's weird. Now, let me just tell you you might know this from experience. When having any kind of a medical procedure done, you do not want to hear somebody go hmm, that's weird, but especially as soon as they've X rayed your pelvic section, all right. And so she goes over and she goes let me readjust something here, and then she goes back and they take another X ray. Huh, I hear o A. Now they're having a little conversation back in the X
ray booth like what is what is like? What is it? What? What is happening? So then the lady the text she comes back to me and she says, have you ever have you ever had any like metal or inserted in your body or any kind of you know, surgeries that And I was like, I said, no, no, I have not. I've never had any any surgery. I've never had a major surgery in my whole life. The biggest surgery I've
ever had was having my wisdom teeth taken out. Now, look, I've been put to sleep and had like upper gis and lower gies and that kind of stuff, but I've never had a major surgery. Knock on wood. I said, no, there should be and she goes. I said, I said, is there an alien implant here? Are you seeing alien implants? Just tell me? And she goes, I'm not sure. I've never seen anything like this before, Like, what is it?
And that's when they realize that as I'm laying there, lying there, I am wearing what is called a guya beera. This is my favorite style of shirt. If you've seen pictures of me out there, you've probably seen me at some point wearing a guyabera. It is produced by Latin American cultures. There's they argue over whether it came from Spain or Mexico or I think you know, the Puerto Ricans like to take some clan. Anyway, the guya bera is it's a short sleeve shirt and it's got four
pockets on the front. And I'm such a geek I love to have pockets, like the more pockets, the merrier, and so I'm always carrying stuff in my pockets. And so in my lower right side pocket I had a little zip lock baggy that was full of ant acids, and so they I pulled it out and they start laughing, and they showed me the picture the X ray and it looked like I was a drug mule, that I just had this big cluster of pills or oddly shaped
pills sort of stuffed in my gut. And of course we're laughing about all that, and I thought, well, that'll be an interesting X ray for, you know, for me to talk about on the show. But it turns out when all was done, I removed that and they finished the X rays, they would not give me that X ray,
and I was like, ah, oh that's a bummer. So look, if you ever have an X ray may and it's got something weird like an alien implant and they don't want to give it to you, take your cell phone out and take a picture of it for yourself, because that might be the proof that you're gonna need.
