Cameron Clark is a 51-year-old father of 6, and a devoted husband. He's been a music teacher in public schools most of his adult life. Like many people in his age group and profession, he had put on a lot of extra weight due to the unhealthy routines most people settle into.

He lost 40 lbs in the first 12 weeks of 2021 without setting foot in the gym. Now he is devoting a lot of time to helping other people in his age range to duplicate his results.
