Y'all all this feels so familiar! In this sit down I share about how I realize I go through similar processes when it comes to moving past internal limitations. Ass and abs is not built in a day and neither is your evolution and we talk about it! Last year at this time I was refining my schedule and I held onto that schedule for over 6 months and now I need something more, after I got my mind straight consistently then it was time to say ok how can I turn things up a notch. This is the beauty of letting atomic habits and learning when to pivot work for you.
