dear diary #12, is this detachment

So many words can be understand on an intellectual level or by definition but when it's put into practice do you really get it? Detachment is one of those words that has been used a loot lately and though we can understand what it means the integration and respect for it in our lives and figuring out how to measure if we are actually doing it can be a whole other task.
