· Lack of sleep, especially built up over time, can negatively impact us as entrepreneurs because it can cause us to be impatient, frustrated, and even make poor decisions. What are some practical ways we can get plenty of rest during the week, so we can have the energy we need to be as effective as possible?
· We often dismiss napping as being lazy or a waste of time. There is something to be said for taking a short “power” nap during the work day. How does a good “power” nap help us be even more successful in managing the demands of the business and workload?
· As an entrepreneur, we often have a lot on our mind, issues which can keep us awake long into the night. What kind of bedtime routine do you recommend to help us clear our minds so we can experience sound and adequate sleep?
· You talk in your book about sleep debt. If a busy entrepreneur has a significant sleep debt, what's the one most important thing we can do to begin to erase that debt?
· I have been told that sleep issues that are most prevalent in women, so how do we identify them, and how to solve the issue?
· Many executives are women and also often mothers, working to balance their career with their home duties. Oftentimes, these women sacrifice sleep to meet the needs of their family as well as their career. What are some specific sleep strategies that can help women in this stage of life?
· Sometimes we use sleeping pills to help us have a good night’s sleep. Instead of doing this, what holistic strategies can we adopt instead?
