He earned specialties in Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Fitness Nutrition, and Online Personal Training.  He is the author of the award-winning book, The Wellness Roadmap: A Straightforward Guide to Health and Fitness After 40. Allan is the host of the 40+ Fitness Podcast, a health and fitness podcast for people over 40.
