Marques Ogden was drafted into the NFL in 2003 and played as an offensive lineman with the Titans, Bills, Ravens and Jaguars. After 5 years of playing in the league, he decided to retire and pursue a career in construction and contracting. A few years later Marques's life began to fall apart, and during that time he struggled with his sobriety. After his darkest hours he got a part-time job as a custodian, starting working out, fed his body with good nutrition, got sober, lost over 100 lbs., became a motivational speaker, best-selling author and marketing leader, helping to build the success of others. Marques has a new book out called The Success Cycle : 3 Keys for Achieving Your Goals in Business and Life which we are going to dive into today with some of the principles behind the success cycle.
