Episode description

Tripp Lanier is not an alcoholic, but he is a dude who enjoys coaching other dudes and top entrepreneurs around the world to get out of the shallow end of the pool, redefine success, and align their work with what they were put on this Earth to do. Tripp is the creator and host of The New Man Podcast: Beyond the Macho Jerk and the New Age Wimp. Tripp and I chatted about all kinds of different points that can help us to start thinking big, getting out of our own head, and start taking action. Tripp also talks about mental health and his mothers suicide when he was 13 years old.  He shared how this affected him as a young man, and also how he had to suffer through a failed relationship later in life which ultimately led him to addressing and overcoming the wounds of his past. Last, we discussed how to have fun, the importance of laughter and having a good time, and Rule 62 - Don't take yourself so damn serious!

In this episode we discuss:
