Episode description

Between 2012 and 2013, actor Amir Arison worked on 13 different shows, a handful of which were recurring roles. His career has only grown from there with an impressive list of credits that includes "The Blacklist," "The Dropout," "Ramy," "Billions," "Girls" and many more. As a director, Amir emphasizes the importance of lifting up everyone around you, and shares how he is able to apply his directing skills to his own self-tapes. In today's episode we also discuss the pros and cons of requesting a live Zoom audition over a self-tape, an option we now have as actors following the strike. Above all else, Amir encourages actors to remember that all we have control over are what he calls the Four Ps: Preparation, Positivity, Patience, and Punctuality.

These are the unforgettable stories that landed Amir Arison right here.
