Today is a very important episode because we have so many things going on astrologically that are opening up our incarnation for major breakthroughs and major changes. We not only have a lunar eclipse, a mercury retrograde, a solar eclipse. We just had a full moon. There is so much shifting in the universe among the

planets and the stars. And when the planets and the stars are shifting, guess what, so do we Because of the law of correspondence as above so below. A lot of you may have been hitting up against some of the patterns that you've been trying to break. If you have patterns in your life, whether it's with food, or relationships or anything else. You may have

noticed that recently those patterns are getting even harder to resist. There is this heaviness in the universe right now, but that heaviness is here for good measure. It's pushing us to push through our patterns, to push through the things that have been caging us, so we can up level and experience our incarnation through a whole new lens. This is not your breakdown, it's your breakthrough.

This is not your set back, it's your set up. You're only going what you think backwards, because really you're going deeper so you can move forward and heal like you have never healed before. Without further ado, let's get into today's episode. What's so interesting to me when you actually think about what you know about life? How do you know what it is you know? Seriously, how do you know the information that you know

about life, most of it we've been told by someone else. Someone else learned something, who then told us, well, where did that person get that information from? We have been programmed, literally indoctrinated since we have been children. Most of what we know is from someone else, who got that information from someone else, who got that information from someone else, who got

that information from someone else. How do we know what we know? But we heard it from someone else, who heard it from someone else, who heard it from someone else. And suddenly someone's words have become fact. And instead of us going out in this incarnation and learning from our own experience, learning, questioning, becoming curious about what we think we know, we have taken someone else's thought and we have made it absolute truth in our life.

Most of us are stuck in cycles because we still believe someone else's thought. And because we believe someone else's thought, we don't trust ourselves enough to go out on a limb, be curious and try to break out of this mold and try something new. Are you still with me? The reason we're talking about breaking out of cycles is because I feel this so heavily in my own life right now, and when I look at what's going on in the universe.

It makes perfect sense energetically. On Monday the twenty fifth of March, we had a lunar eclipse. On April first, we're going to have a mercury retrograde. What is a mercury retrograde. Mercury retrograde will be from April first to April twenty fourth. Essentially, it's an optical illusion where it looks like mercury is turning in the opposite direction that it usually does. It looks

like it's going backwards. During the mercury retrograde, X's come up, past patterns come up, and so many people think it's because we're being tested. Are you're going to fall back into the same trap? Are you gonna be that same person? You're not being tested. You're being invited to show up as her Hello the name of my book that you should definitely pre order.

Asav You're being invited to step up to the plate and bat once again, but this time as the person you truly are, but this time as the person that you incarnated to be. So we have the lunar eclipse, mercury retrograde, and then Monday the eighth there's a solar eclipse as well. With all of this going on, there is a lot of shift in energy. We are in what I would call a lunar zone. It's almost like a lunar portal, because once these things happen, they don't just come and go.

The energies stay around for days, weeks. This lunar zone is a disruption in the regular lunar cycle. This change among the planets and the stars is a disruption in the regular lunar cycle. What is a disruption but nature's way of cleansing and resetting. What is a disruption but Nature's way of saying, Hey, this isn't working anymore. I'm going to disrupt your habitual way of being. So you have no other choice but to show up differently,

respond differently instead of reacting as your old self. So the shifts that you're feeling, the synchronicities, the tower moments, these things are not coincidences. They never are. They never are. Nothing in this universe is a coincidence. This is a time for you to step into major opportunity, major growth, and major transformation, releasing the old patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck, that are not even fact with someone else's thoughts that you just

believed. This can feel like heightened tension and heightened stress and heighten emotion. But how is a diamond and made? Yeah, that's right, it's put under pressure. You're not being stressed out for no reason. You're under divine pressure because you're birthing something new. Think about a woman in labor. That is a lot of pressure on her body, but it's because she's birthing a freaking human. You are in that laboring stage right now, and you are

birthing new cycles, new beliefs, new versions of you. Yes it's thick energy. Yes it's disruptive energy, but yes it's for your growth. Now, what I am inviting you to do? As I sat and I looked upon this energy, I'm inviting you instead of freaking out and going back to your habitual way of being, I'm inviting you to have stillness, to sit

and feel before you respond. How do we break cycles? Well, there is space in between the trigger and the reaction, and in that space you can become awake, become conscious, and instead of react, you can respond. You are a conscious, living being. What are you doing giving away all of your power and acting like you are not in control of your own life. That is a bunch of balogney. I like to see right now is something I call the slingshot effect, where it looks like we're going backwards,

but really we're going deeper. We're having to re reflect upon older patterns, older feelings, older ways of being and saying, you know, actually this doesn't ring true anymore. You know, actually this isn't who I want to be. And when we go through this slingshot effect and we revisit old ways of being and thinking and seeing and knowing, we are able to poof forward. You're going what is perceived as backwards, Really you're going deeper.

So you can go forward, sling shot forward. How does a sling shot work? It has to go back in order to go forward. I want to make a point that you can change your life. You can change yourself, You can shift whenever you want to. However, right now, the energy that is on this planet is the perfect container to make changes in this energetic universe. Right now we are being not only invited, but there is this cosmic push to make changes. So if you're making changes right now,

know that you are being so supported. And if you've had fear around making changes. Know that at this time, even though the energy might be dense at times, you will be able to push through because the energies around you are helping you with this transition. As the energetic universe is shifting, it's going to help you make those same shifts, but within yourself. With all of these energetic upgrades and invitations, it got me thinking about the myth of

Sisyphus. The Greek myth of Sisyphis went like this. Sisyphis was a cunning and deceitful king of Corinth. He was known for his cleverness and his trickery, often outsmarting both mortals and gods alike. One of his most infamous deeds involved betraying the whereabouts of Zeus's lover, which was a big no no. Obviously, Zeus got mad Af and the punishment for his deceitfulness and defiance of natural order, Zeus condemned Sisyphis to a unique form of punishment. In the

afterlife. Sisyphus was sent to the deepest part of the underworld, where he was tasked with rolling a massive boulder up a steep hill. However, every time Sissyphus neared the peak, the summit, the boulder would slip from his grasp and roll all the way down the hill, forcing him to start over again and again and again. For all of eternity, the task was seemingly never ending, and it represented a cycle of endless labor without any hope,

success or relief. Now, let's be real with ourselves. How many of us are following suit with Sissyphus and doing this to ourselves energetically? How many of us are repeating the same cycles with the same people, doing the same thing, and telling ourselves tomorrow, I want to it. I won't text him back, I won't react that way. I'm not going to eat the whole bag of oreos again, just for us to do exactly that within two

days. How many of us we are so depleted and tired and exhausted because energetically, every day we're trying to shove this huge boulder all the way up this hill just for it to fall back down. Because we are reacting instead of responding. We're not giving ourselves enough time, we're not giving ourselves enough space, and we're not thinking clearly. We are allowing our subconscious mind to run our life. We are on autopilot and not plugged into the present moment

at all. And you know what they say, play stupid games and win stupid prizes. A lot of us are doing that instead of waking up to the present moment and acting in accordance with our values. Every time you're about to engage with the behavior you're trying to break, I want you to imagine yourself as Sissyphus trying to push up this huge boulder up this very very very tall hill, and as soon as you get to the peak of that hill, that boulder rolls all the way down, and so you have to go

and get it and push it up again. The difference between us and Sisyphis is this is real life, and that's a myth. The difference is we are not condemned to eternal punishment. You are not Sissiphys, So why are you acting like you are? You have free will to choose to respond differently. You have free will to say, actually, I'm not gonna keep shoving this huge boulder up this hill just for it to come back down to me having to redo this again and again and again. I'm gonna stop playing stupid

games so I stop winning stupid prizes. I'm going to stop engaging with behaviors that get me the same result over and over and over again. You're not stuck, you never have been. But if you keep showing up with the same energy, the same thoughts, the same behaviors, you can bet yourself you're gonna keep getting this same result. You have so much more power than

you're currently using. And honestly, why did you choose to incarnate? Why are you even on this planet if you're not gonna use the basic, basic, basic concept of being a human, which is just your free will. One way to break the habit that you are repeatedly engaging with is to visualize yourself sweating, exhausted, trying to push this boulder up this hill, and realizing that you can choose differently, let the boulder go, put it down.

You don't have to keep engaging with the same people, the same cycle, the same way of being. The reason I think so many of us are still stuck in the same cycles that we've been dealing with for most of our life is because we are just too damn distracted. There is so much that is constantly being thrown at us, and most of us just fall prey

to it. I always think of the television tell a vision TV programming as one of the biggest distractions that we all fall pray to, because instead of working on ourselves, instead of changing our habits, what do we do? We disassociate. We turn on Netflix, we turn on TV, we go watch YouTube, whatever it may be. We instead of changing, just distract ourselves with media, with content and whatever you don't change, you choose mantra moment. Whatever I don't change, I choose. Whatever I don't change,

I choose. Instead of distracting yourself, why not invite stillness? I know there no time and space to just hear your own thoughts. What a concept. There have been so many studies, so much work done about the television the motion picture as a weapon of psychological warfare. Yep, because that was a study. They use TV programming to program us. And if you don't know that yet, wake up, Wake up? What are we doing here? There's product placements. When we see Coca Cola or certain objects in movies,

that's marketing. They have predictive programming. Why are there so many ET commercials? Now? Why are ets everywhere? Is it because they're trying to desensitize us to the ets? Is it because they're preparing us to get ready for the landing of the first et? Could it be? Could it be they use programming to program us, to desensitize us, to market to us, and to tell us what to think. You know, what's so funny if you think about what's in movies, I can think of sex, and

I can think of drugs, and I can think of alcohol. Where do they promote meditation and health in movies? Cause you know, I don't recall that literally ever being seen in really a positive light or trying to promote that. It's almost as if they're promoting us to dissociate from ourselves, so we continuously click their content instead of connecting to ourselves, so we can connect to their agenda instead of connecting to ourselves. Well, if you just follow the

money trail, you'll figure it out. I mean, do we need to remind ourselves that media is literally owned by six corporations? Really five now because I believe that Disney acquired Fox. Yeah, we're being programmed by just a few people. But that's all fine and dandy because we would rather do that, wouldn't we than actually make shifts in our own life. We care more

about the content and the pop stuff. Then we care about ourselves. And if you're going to try to tell me, no, no cc I care more about me my life than this content creation or the media or the oscars. I care more about me really, what has more of your attention, because that's what you care more about. Where attention goes, where focus goes, energy flows. So whatever you're giving your attention to, that is what

you care most about. And if it's not, then I guess you have to shift what you're giving your attention to bring your attention to what you need to shift in your own life and choose differently. Our daily habits really put us in this hypnotic rhythm of our way of being. Our daily habits they make our personality, which makes our personal reality. In order to break these habits, we have to stop disassociating from our own vessel and our own body

and just plugging into the tell A vision box. That's what we have to stop doing. We're wasting our own damn time. We could be past all these patterns, but instead we're dissociating so we can numb ourselves out with media. What are we doing here? have about shifting patterns and healing and breaking free? So we're going to go through a couple of those right now, But so far, what do we know. Every time you're about to engage with a behavior you know is not good for you, envision yourself pushing up that big boulder. Remember how tiring it is to be who you have been. We need to bring that to the forefront of your brain so it becomes conscious that this is painful and you

need to break this habit. We're always moving towards pleasure and away from pain. So if you can show yourself that what you're currently doing is actually more painful than it is pleasureless, you will start to break the habit of it. Number two is we're gonna stop disassociating from our reality and just plugging into the tell of vision. We're gonna stop allowing TV to tell us what to think, and we're gonna start thinking for ourself instead of just being told who

to be what to think. Go read a book and create some new thoughts, because that's what's gonna unlock happiness and a new reality. We are happiest when we are growing. Think about it. Every time we get what we want, what is the next thought? What's next? Grow yourself and that

will be never ending happiness. Let's see some of your questions that you asked about breaking habits, and again, remember this is the perfect time to break habits because the energy around you in the universe is inviting you to do so. It's literally like training wheels on your bike right now. It's going to make it easier for you to make changes if you take the universe up on its invitation. The first question was how to stop stalking his social It feels

like a muscle memory habit. Okay, every single time you're about to stalk his socials, remember this is painful. This is bringing you pain. Okay, that's number one. Number two, I want you to use the fifteen minute rule. What this rule states is that when you want to engage in a behavior that's no longer serving you, you're gonna do literally anything else for fifteen minutes. This can be reading a book, going for a walk, making lemon water, cooking a meal. It can be listening to a ted

talk, learning a new language. Do something that's beneficial for you, So you break the older habit through interruption, and then you're actually creating a new habit that's gonna lead to dopamine. Remember where are we always moving towards pleasure? So if you can create a habit that leads to dopamine, your brain is going to want to move towards that new habit. So instead of your brain saying, go check on your ex, it's gonna say, hey,

let's go learn that new language because it's so fun. It's so exciting. I'm being hydrated with my energy instead of depleting myself. So it's not that it's muscle memory, it's your brain is trying to get dopamine. It's trying to get a hit of that ooh, good feeling rush. You can give yourself that good feeling rush through a healthy habit instead of stalking your ex.

So do anything else that's beneficial to you for at least fifteen minutes, and you will forget that you are even thinking of your in the first place. If you were still after the fifteen minutes obsessing over them, then reset the timer for another fifteen minutes and do it for thirty. Let's see next question. Tips on how to pause and think before we speak use my yellow light

technique. A lot of us have never been taught how to emotionally regulate, so instead what we do is word vomit everything we're thinking and feeling in that moment, even though those feelings and those thoughts aren't really in alignment with our truth. Instead of just blurting out everything that's coming into your mind, use the yellow light technique. And what is this? It's a pause. It's I'm gonna go take a shower before I respond to this. I'm gonna go

wash my face before I respond to this. I'm gonna go take a walk before I respond to this. I remember in high school, whenever I would put on my foundation, it would look like it matched my skin tone. But then I would get to school and my face was orange and my neck was very white. Here's the thing. Just like foundation can oxidize and change over time, so does our thoughts and our feelings. So give yourself space

for your feelings to shift into position that's actually your truth. Give yourself time to actually heal and hear your self. I meant to say here, but I said heal, but in hearing you heal, so period, period. You have to remember that as much as you are your inner child, you're also your wise inner adult. And if no one has taught you how to emotionally regulate, okay, give yourself time to learn how to emotionally regulate by using the yellow light technique. And again, what is this? It's you

just taking time to yourself. It can be a day, it can be three days where your just letting your feelings and emotions settle so you can hear yourself. If you're having a lot of trouble understanding your own inner world, take out a journal and just start writing things down. Organize your thoughts and feelings. If it feels like it's too much for you to hold, get it down on paper. How to take care of yourself if you really don't

have time and have a kid and a company. Because I don't have energy and I feel depleted because of being a mom, I know it's not good for me to binge, but I still do it. Okay, So first of all, how to take care of yourself if you really don't have time. We have to stop thinking that we are slaves of time. We have to stop thinking that time is outside of ourselves. That's a very new Tonian way of thinking. Einstein was closer to the truth because Einstein tells us,

no, we're not outside of time. We are the creators of time. Time exists from within us. You might think you have no time, and I do not doubt that you are very, very busy. But I bet you if you go through your day, there is time that you're wasting on television, that you're wasting on social media. There are times of day where you're not using your time efficiently. A lot of us think that being on

social media is rest time. It's not. I'm strongly feeling through my intuition right now that the way you're resting is not a way to rest for you. Meaning you might be watching TV or scrolling on social media, but social media has so much energy in it. Television has so much energy in it. That's not really resting. You might be passively ingesting, but that's not resting. Real rest is I'm gonna let my mind be still, I'm gonna

untangle. There is soul care and then and there's self care. I think you need more soul care and less self care, because self care is watching the comfort show, it's doing the face mask, it's getting our nails done, maybe even watching a couple of videos that can be self care. But soul care is I'm gonna journal what I'm feeling right now and get it out of my body. I'm gonna go do a meditation. I'm gonna take a walk, but I'm not gonna use headphones because I'm just gonna connect with my

present moment. A lot of us use self care too much, and we're not doing enough soul care, so we constantly feel like we're running, running, running, and getting nowhere. We feel like sissifus. That's what we feel like. Take more time for soul care and less time for self care. And pay attention to how you're using your time, because I have a sneaky suspicion that how you're using some of your time isn't benefiting you. And

you have more time than you think. If you have to wake up five minutes earlier or go to bed five minutes later, do what you need to do. But you are the creator of time. Time exists from within you. Remember that how to stay firm with myself when trying to release someone who

doesn't serve me. So, if you're trying to put up boundaries and you're trying to break cycles of being with toxic people or people who are just unhealthy for you, you have to remember that you could quite possibly be stunting your own growth by years by allowing people back into your life. I in my own life got so burnt so many times that I couldn't possibly be around the same people anymore, and so I just quite literally up and left. But don't get to that point that I got to, like, you can learn

from me. I didn't have another person like me telling me these things, so I didn't know. But I'll just tell you right now. If you keep allowing the same people into your life who are hurting you, what ends up happening is you you hate them and you resent yourself too, And you resent them and you hate yourself. Is just resent and hate party of self. You have to have to remember why you're doing what you're doing. The way I see it is you did not come this far just to get this

far. And it would be such a shame to listen to this podcast, to do the work to set up the boundaries and then just let that person back in like you did so much of the hard part for what to go back on your own word and betray yourself. Oh no, this journey is just too short. And the way I think about it is, I am not going to repeat patterns in my next lifetime, so I have to cut them off now. I don't want my children learning the same patterns, so

I have to cut them off now. Your patterns, honestly, are bigger than you, and if you can't change them for you, change them for the next version of yourself in your next incarnation. Change them for the future generations that will come through you, because they are bigger than you. And what you don't heal within yourself, well your children will have you to thank for. And what we don't work on within ourselves will see continue and continue

and continue. That is no way to live. It's no way to live. We have to stop disassociating. We have to stop plugging into all these things around us and use our attention, our time, use our focus, use our You know, that was interesting because I just said e tension instead of tension, and the thing is eat tension external. So many of us are so focused on the external tensions, the conflicts around us the chaos around us, that we don't realize that the chaos is coming from within us.

Baby girl, the call is coming from withinside the house. The house. If you start working on you and shifting you, the other stuff will shift too. You gotta give it space. The moral of the story here is really give yourself time and space honestly with other questions thinking I am less worthy? I mean, this really goes back to what we were talking about at the top of this podcast. You weren't born thinking you were unworthy. That

was the thought you inherited. You weren't born thinking you were unworthy. That is something you learned while being on this planet. It's not your truth. It is a learned behavior and thought form. So who do you want to believe people around you who projected onto you, You or your own damn self. It's your choice. Remember we're conscious, free will living beings. Use your own free will and say, actually, I'm gonna unsubscribe from that narrative

simply because I don't want to believe it anymore. I don't want to engage with these behaviors anymore. They're not working for me. They're not working for me. How do you know what's going on internally? Look at your reality. If you think you're unworthy, or you think you're not good enough, or you think, for whatever reason, you can't have what it is you want, I invite you to ask yourself, well, why not? Why Why am I thinking I'm not worthy? Why do I think I can't have

what it is I want? Who made me believe that? And what do they even know? Oh that's right, they don't know anything. And I wouldn't want their life anyway. So why are you holding on so tightly to the words of people you don't even want to be? Like? Oh, because that makes absolutely zero no sense. Yeah, I will hold you accountable, And you know what, you have to hold your own damn mind accountable. You have to hold yourself accountable, your actions, your behaviors, your

words, hold yourself accountable. When I was binging all the time, I wasn't holding myself accountable. I was just like that, I'm blacking out, I'm disassociating bad. No. No, it wasn't until my partner was like, oh, did you just have another blackout that I was like, wait, a damn minute, that sounds wrong, Like I probably shouldn't be disassociating from myself every time I feel lonely? Now should I eating a whole entire bag of oreos? Was never going to get me the life that I wanted.

You engaging with the same behaviors that you've been engaging with. If they would buy you the life that you want, you would already have the life that you want. They're not you engaging in the same cycles that you have been engaging with. If they could fill you up, they would have filled you up already. If you keep engaging with the same cycle that are harming you, thinking that they're somehow gonna heal you, they would have healed you

all ready. You're thinking that the bottle, the food, the person is gonna somehow fix your life, and if it could have, it would have. It can't. The person who can fix your life is simply you, and I just I sigh at the media because all they want to convince you of is you suck. You're not good at anything, and other people are better than you. It's a world of smoke and mirrors. It's all illusion. Unpluged from it, seriously, unplug from it and plug into yourself.

Plug into yourself. Why do you feel the need to disassociate. Why are you believing what you're believing? Why are you doing what you're doing. Let's question it, Let's explore it. Let's investigate it. Shall we? Shall we? When you understand the behavior of why you're doing what you're doing, you dismantle its power over you. When I realized I was only binging because I felt lonely and food was comfort to me, I was like, well, what's another way I can gain comfort? Because let me just go do

that. I can watch a comfort show. I can do something where I feel like I have control over it, like go for a workout. I can cook a meal. I don't have to gain control over food by shoving my face of it. I don't have to fly away from the feeling of loneliness. I can just lean into it and feel it and know that it's not going to kill me. You are more powerful than anything you're dealing with. Let yourself choose differently, Let yourself become curious, let yourself question what

you're doing, why you're doing the way you're being. Questioning your actions is a beautiful thing because that starts to break down the cycle. Usually we're just on autopilot. We're not thinking anything. We're just doing, doing, doing doing. But if you start questioning, well why am I doing what I'm doing? You start bringing awareness, and that in itself starts to break down that cycle and the cage that that cycle has you in. But nothing can

change without you being very much center stage in the picture. Let's say there's a behavior that you need to break right now, and you don't want to go through why. You don't want to understand the energetic root, you don't care about the root. Use the affirmation. I release the need to blank. I release the need to binge. I release the need to check my exits social media, and say this to yourself every day, I would say three times a day, like break, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

And the reason you're going to do this is because you can instruct your subconscious mind to do whatever it is you wanted to do. Usually the television is instructing your subconscious mind. You're not. So you're gonna take your power back, You're gonna take your pen back, and you're gonna write your own damn story. Okay, And you're gonna tell yourself

at least three times a day. I release the need to blank, so the energies will start to shift and literally expel themselves from you. Remember your tongue is your strongest weapon, and you can use it for yourself or against yourself. And I'm gonna vote you use it for yourself to empower yourself to move through these cycles.
