We've talked about anxiety from a neurological point of view, from a mental health point of view. Now we're taking it a step in another direction. I've really not heard people
talk about anxiety the way we're going to talk about it today. And this was inspired by a recent visit I had with a spiritual coach, a psychic coach that I've been working with now, and she really inspired me and really opened my eyes to what anxiety is and why a lot of us, I know the people listening to this podcast, why we are so prone to anxiety.

But just putting that out there, I'm really excited to talk about today's episode because it really can help us understand ourselves, and that is what becoming a positive bitch, a babe and total connection with herself is about. It's about creating a language so that we can understand our thoughts, our feelings, our emotions,
everything going on in our internal world. When I was really struggling with anxiety, one of the things that was making me trip up was way too much caffeine. Without further ado, let's get into today's episode. There's one thing I actually want to say about last week's episode. So I took a snippet from last week's
episode talking about germotitis. How I went to one doctor to the next, to the next, to the next to figure out what exactly I was allergic to. And I posted this snippet on Instagram, and there was a lot of negativity, honestly saying that, oh, this is such privilege, you can't change your life, blah blah blah blah. And I just want to say, I think my listeners on that bitch is positive know me better than random people obviously on Instagram. But I do just want to take a second
to acknowledge how blessed and the privileges I do have. I'm aware of that, I'm aware of that, and I'm very thankful for all the opportunities I have in this life. And I still just want to say, you know, someone commented bloggers are so dumb and they don't and the person commenting also said, we don't have any fucking money. Bloggers are so dumb, and you know, when I read that, I'm like, wait, you don't have any money, And I'm the dumb one here. I'm trying to add
that up, but it's the math. Ain't math in okay? And I just want to say, there are so many things you can change in your life that have nothing to do with money. Before you can get the money, you gotta change how you're thinking about it. Before you can get anything, you gotta change how you're thinking about it. Okay, So recently I've been working with this she doesn't have a title, but she's someone that's well known near me and she's a psychic spiritual channel and now

season, their current life circumstance, and we're really understanding why it's happening. I say this all the time. I don't do future readings because there's unlimited potentials in the quantum field. I'm not going to limit you because so many psychics do that, and it's not that they're wrong, but they can only see one timeline at a time. What I will do instead of telling you your future, I will give you tools and I'll help you understand your current
life circumstance so you can get to your next highest timeline. Anyway, So I've been loving doing these oracle card readings, and I want to greater enhance my psychic abilities and my intuitive abilities. I'm always trying to grow because if you're not growing, you're dying. And I'm going to keep learning till the
day I die. There's there's a whole bunch of stuff that I know, and there's so much more that I don't, So just no, I'm always going to be a student and I'm always going to relay that information to you too. We are in this together, we're learning together. So one of the things I was talking about her was anxiety. And when I put up a pull on Instagram saying what do you guys want to hear of this week? So many people said anxiety? What the hell do we do with it?
A lot of us aren't understanding what anxiety actually is. On one hand, anxiety is a buildup of emotions energy emotion. Emotion stems from a Latin term that means energy and motion. And when we have a buildup of these energies in our body, we get anxiety. That is one way to look at it. But what exactly are we building up internally and how are we taking on all of these energies. What's actually going on? And that's what
I talked about with this woman. So when I went to her, I was talking about when I would go out, I would get crazy anxiety. If you are like me, which means when you go to the mall, you start to get anxiety or you just hate how you feel there. When you go to a bar, you oftentimes just want to leave. When you go in your room at night in the dark, you're feeling uneasy and you're having anxiety. There's something spiritual going on and it's not what you're thinking.
So I would get anxiety. When I was in college, I would go out and I would just randomly leave the bar all the time. I'm pretty sure my friends hated me for that, but I would get so much anxiety I just couldn't be there anymore. It was like a light switch would go off and I'd be like, holy fucking shit, I need to get out of here. And I would walk alone in the Bronx two am, three am, in my little heels, and I would get my ass home. How I was safe every single time, thank you God, Because there was
crazy shit that happened at my college all the time. People got burgerized, burger you know what. Not going to try to say that again. People got robbed and they would get attacked all time. And I somehow, this little blonde girl five foot three walking around alone by yourself, never had a problem, So thank you God. Definitely my angels were with me. But anyway, I would get this terrible anxiety and just have to leave, or I would go to the mall during Christmas time is a fucking worse I think
for everyone. But anytime I go to the mall, I just want to leave. I so rather shop online because I hate feeling everyone's energies all around me. It drives me insane. It's just too much stimulation. Lights. It reminds me of a hospital. It's just like Oh, and also my room when it's dark, any part of my house when it's dark, I'm like, I feel weird and I would start to get this anxiety. So on a quantum level, we have to understand this before we go any further.
We live in a quantum field. We can't taste, touch, feel, or see this quant field, but yet it's at play. It's like gravity. I don't have to believe in gravity for it to be at play. It's at play no matter what. So is this quantum field. In this quantum field, we are both broadcasters of energy, and we are receivers
of energy. We are like the radio in our car. When we are saying I want to go to ninety seven point one, we turn the dial and then we are in receiving mode for that station ninety seven point one. That is how we are. So we are picking up and we are broadcasting energy all day long. A lot of us when we're going out, we are when either we're at the mall or at the grocery store or anywhere in public. If you're starting to get crippling anxiety, it's not because there's something
wrong with you. You are sensitive to the energy around you. That's what this is. And you're receiving so much energy from other people. And what I realize is when I would, oh god, don't even get me started about Miami. If you live in Miami, I'm sorry, I love you. But when I went there, the energy there is so dark. Like at the bar, everyone felt so low and I had to leave early with one of the girls. I couldn't stay out all night because I was feeling
everyone's energy and a lot of people in Miami they were not happy. Okay, I could feel their energy and they did not feel happy. A lot of people were on drugs. They were trying to numb a lot of things. I felt like so many people were so sad and masking it in Miami, so lonely and masking it in Miami so low self esteem. It just felt fucking terrible there. Sorry, if you live there, I'm sure you're
not going out to these clubs every night. But what I had to realize, and I further realized it with this woman that I was working with, is just because I'm feeling a lot, it doesn't mean it's mine. Just because I'm having a thought or an emotion does not mean it's mine. Because our anxious thoughts are talking in our own head, we think it's ours. Because the anxious thought is in our own voice, we think it's ours.
But just because we're having an anxious thought in anxious emotion, it doesn't mean it's ours. We are broadcasters and receivers of energy, and when we're going out to a club, a lot of us are receiving energy and thoughts and emotions that aren't ours. But because we hear it in our own voice, or in our own heart or in our own chest, we think it's ours. The anecdote to this is, do not be so quick to claim your thoughts and your emotions, the thoughts and emotions you're experiencing as your own.
Do not be so quick to claim the thoughts and the emotions you're experiencing as your own, because a lot of them are just the thoughts and the emotions of the people around you. If you grew up and you learned I have to always pick up on what other people are doing to make sure they feel good. You are probably a people pleaser. Being a people pleaser with codependency, with wanting to be polite. A lot of us are tapping more so
in other people's energy fields. Then we're tapping into our own, and we're getting the brunt of it because we're feeling the anxiety, we're feeling the negative thoughts. We are experiencing what that other person is experiencing without even realizing it, and then we're claiming it as our own. Then we're overwhelmed and we leave. Anxiety is much more spiritual, if not one hundred percent spiritual,
it's much more spiritual than we're thinking it is. So when we're going out to the mall, it's not that there's something wrong with you, it's that you're extra sensitive to other people's energies and you're picking up on it. And because you don't know you're doing this, and you're claiming it as your own, you are spiraling. When I would go out and I'm thinking, these thoughts are my own? Or oh my god, what even am I feeling? I just feel so anxious. I gotta get out of here. It
was so much for my body to process. I couldn't even do it with clarity, so I would just get the fuck out. When we start feeling so many people's energies, we get overstimulated and we just want to leave. We can't think clearly because we're not in our power sympathetic system. No, we're in our sympathetic nervous system. We're in fight, flight, freeze, or appease. That's what we're doing, and so many of us just get the fuck out. I'm a flighter. I will leave if I'm feeling too
much stimulation. Sigh, fuckingara, I'm out of there. Okay, I'm out. Some of us might people please when we feel too much stimulation. Some of us might flight like me, some of us might fight. It doesn't matter. The point is that we have to start in realizing it and not claiming all of these anxieties as our own, because they're not. So when you're having anxiety and you're out before you say, oh my god, I'm having anxiety, no, breate the anxiety from you. You are experiencing
the anxiety, You are not the creator of it. So we can say, okay, let me take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, and another one in through the nose and out through the mouth, and just give yourself a couple of deep breaths. Go to the bathroom, go outside, reset, reset your body. Because taking a couple of deep breaths, what it does is it gets you back to your power sympathetic nervous system. It can get you to ground yourself so you
can think more clearly. Now we're gonna go deeper into this. So yes, on one level, maybe you're just picking up on other people's emotions and their thoughts because you grew up always being sensitive. This is the other level of it, and this is what this coach explained to me. She told me. It was just me and her in the room. Okay, me and Shelley, let's call her. So me and Shelley were sitting down and
Shelley says, you know, we each have a guardian angel. You have one and I have one, and we have this guardian angel with us twenty four to seven. Then we have maybe one to two loved ones that have passed over and are now watching over us or have become part of our spirit team. So now we went from two to four now like nine. Then we have our actual spirit guides, maybe some spirit pets, and very quickly two people really goes to about you know, twelve entities in one room.
So while you're just in the room with someone else physically, it doesn't mean that there are not other entities with you there. And this isn't to scare you. Not all entities are negative or scary. Just like there's different types of people, there's different types of entities out there. They're a higher in vibration, there are some not a lower. So it's dangerous though when we
have no idea what's going on and we're completely open to everything. The first thing she made me do was put a pillow right on my solar plexus, which is right above your belly button and below your chest. And she had me put a pillow over that because she says that is our intuitive seed and when we're feeling anxiety, just putting a pillow on it kind of shields us
from negative energy or just too much stimulation in general. So if you're at a friend's house or like a house party, go sit down, put a pillow on your solar plexus just for a second, and take a couple of deep breaths. This will help shield you. Now, that's a temporary fix, so we're going to talk more about how to make this permanent. But bear with me. That's just something we can do if we're in the need for a quick fix. So we have two people in a room, but
really there's like twelve different energies. Because there's so many different energies, and if you're sensitive, you're picking up on all those energies without even realizing it. No wonder why you feel fucking anxious. You're feeling so much without seeing, tasting, or touching it. So a part of you knows, oh, there's other energies in here, yet you can't see it. My whole entire life, I slept in my parents' bedroom till I was like in fifth
grade. I don't know how old specifically, but too old. Okay, too old, And still to this day sometimes I'll just turn my head in my room because I'll feel something but I don't see anything. So if you're like me in that sense, again, you're not crazy. You're not crazy. Okay, there are energies out there that we can't see, taste, or touch, but that we can feel. And then it causes causes us to have anxiety and gaslight ourselves because we're like, I don't understand, Like
I'm just scared of the dark. There's nothing there. What am I supposed to do with this? So we're getting anxiety when we're picking up on other people's guardian angels, their spirit team, even our own past loved ones, if they're in our room or they're in our backyard, wherever they may be. There's so much energy to be processed. It's such a build up that it ends up driving us to spiral. So what we need to do is protect ourselves with a golden shield. This is what this coach told me.
So I want you, if you're driving, don't close your eyes. But if you're sitting doing nothing and you can close your eyes, let's do this together. Take a deep breath in through your nose and release anything causing you anxiety health through your mouth. And I want you to imagine in your mind's eye, with your eyes closed, that you're in the most beautiful place you've ever seen in your life. And I want you to imagine that this place
is very safe and it's all loving energy around you. And I want you to plant your feet on the floor, and imagine that there are roots growing from the bottom of your feet going all the way down into Earth's core. And feel this root really grounding you on Earth's core, feel yourself really connected to Mother Gaia. And now I want you to imagine that you put on a golden vest that is a shield to you for you against any energy that
you don't like. And this shield completely covers your chest and your back and your solar plexus. It goes all the way down to your hips. This chest shield is an energy protector against anything energetic spiritual. This chest shield is or protector. And feel how good it feels to have this protecting you and keeping you safe. And you can open your eyes whenever you're ready. And what you can do is put that shield on every single day, every single
day. I also like to imagine when I'm out that there's a golden bubble surrounding me. So not only is my solar plexus garded, but my whole entire work field is protected. So no one's getting into this orc field. Okay, period, it's my temple. Goodbye. I don't want your rusty, dusty energy syruve. So I always like to imagine that I have this
golden bubble around me everywhere I go. But now I've also been imagining that I'm putting on this little golden chest armor to further protect my solar plexus. I think, even if you're getting anxious, go to the bathroom and just tap on your solar plexus and say, wake up, bitch, like, let's go. I want to be protected right now. Activate. Activate,
Activate. Of course I'm kidding with a wake up bitch, but like not really, but just tapping on it and saying I am protected, and imagining that golden shield, either as a golden bubble or a golden chest shield. The other thing I talked about with her is let's say you're in your room and there's no one else there really anywhere, you can command energies to leave. So when you're commanding energies to leave, remember this is your party.
It's your life. So it's your party. You get to tell which energies can stay and which energies can leave. So simply tell the energies, whatever energy is in here, get out. Only spirit to walk in the white light of God are welcome here. All negative energies must leave by the power of I Am which is God. What I say really is any energy in here, get out, unless you are walking in the white light of God. It's really short. Just any energy that is unknown to me, that
is not of God, get out. Make it your own. But I really like to put in there any energy not of God, not of God, get out of my room. Peace out, Get out. This is not your place. And they will listen. They have to listen. They will listen, but you need to command them. So overall, some of the things we're incorporating in here is we're protecting our energy by imagining that golden bubble or that golden chest plate that goes all the way down to our hips.
We are commanding energies that are making us feel iffy to go. Even if you're at the mall, simply saying any energy that is around me that's not of God, leave, You can do it in your head wherever you are. And when you start doing this, you're going to notice a decrease in your anxiety because we think, oh my God, there's something mentally wrong with me, when really we are just too receptive to the energies around us.
Just try this out and see what happens. Something I do daily is I will cleanse my room, whether that's with incense or Palo Santo or sage. Because I'm right now, me and my boyfriend are basically living together. He hates the smell of sage. I'm like, you're the devil. No, I'm kidding, but I'm like, get away. I sage all of his shit anyway, because I'm like, I can't have you bring energy to me that isn't of God. So deal with the smell because a bitch is
protected. So I saged all of his clothes yesterday and he went to the gym. He's like, why do I smell like sage. I'm like, don't worry about it, Okay, I'm not for you to worry about. Just keep it moving and grooving. Don't worry. You're protected, though, so you're welcome. I sage all the time. When you're staging your room,
don't forget. Don't forget to go into the corners under your bed, and don't forget to open a window, because if you're staging a room to get negative energies out, but you don't give the negative energies anywhere to go, you're just trapping them still, So make sure you open that door, You open the window, and you give the energy somewhere else to go. Sage it up, sage it up. Also, meditating daily is just going
to help your nervous system be better at regulating itself. Grounding yourself. Taking a walk outside and earthing, which is just walking with your bare feet. If you live near the water, that's an amazing way to ground yourself. But I'm telling you, I really think start out with commanding the energies to leave. With saging or incense or whatever in your room. Start out with that golden plated shield that goes all the way down to your hips. Start
out with that golden bubble, and notice how different you are. Maybe take out a piece of paper and start charting. Okay, I didn't do my shield this day, and I had an anxiety level of ten. I did do it the next day and my anxiety level was a one. And of course it's three three three on the clock. What a perfect synchronicity our angels are with us. That's literally what three three three is all about. Keep in mind, whether it's an intrusive thought or feeling, just because you're experiencing
it in your own voice and body does not mean it's yours. Our spirit team and other entities will talk to us and communicate to us through our body and through our own voice. So before you're quick to claim it, you better check that baggage, girl and make sure it has your name on it. Take a couple of deep breaths. Are you still thinking this? Are you still feeling it? Maybe take a walk outside? Are you still thinking it? Are you still feeling it? Or did it leave as fast as
it came? Protect yourself daily with your golden shield, your golden bubble. Sage your room, your clothes, your closet, anything, anything that's around you. Walk in your own truth, and walking in our own truth means also distinguish what isn't our truth, figuring out what isn't our truth, understanding what isn't ours? I love you so much.
