Whitney’s journey to self-love spans countries, relationships and time, she seeks her own personal truth in all that she does and inspires others (that have the privilege of being in her presence) to do the same. Her personal training business “EmpowerHER” aims to build a supportive and nurturing community through Boxing, brunch, events and workshops.
