So you might have heard of the "Dry January" movement that has been catching on these past few years. Basically, Dry January is a commitment to giving up alcohol for the month of January following the holidays. Today, we explore the topic of Dry January and how it's a great way to examine your relationship with alcohol! Not everyone who drinks a lot is an alcoholic, but if you've been feeling like you're spending way more time with the bottle than you'd like, then this could be a great way to pause and look at why.
