What Can a Virtual Hackathon Offer Your Organisation?

This is the question I asked the winning team from the IPMA Hackdays 2020 event. It was a pleasure to co-chair my first virtual Hackathon around project management along with Raji Sivaraman & Marisa Silva. This was an incredibly successful event despite the remote challenges. In this week’s podcast, I go behind the scenes and ask the victorious team about their winning formula on Self-Organisation .

The team shares their experience and the challenges they faced to work remotely for the first time together, brainstorming and resolving challenging difficulties. We also take a closer look at some of the collaboration tools, aspects of leadership, some key takeaway points, and finally, lessons learned.
