Episode description

Our ego loves to rule the roost. It loves to call you either an achievement a failure. It knows your fears and regrets, and it knows exactly the images to conjure to create your suffering.

So how do we train our minds to stop being so disastrous, dire, and scary? In this episode, I'll introduce you to the Nope list... we'll create a practice around our ego's greatest hits.

Learning to quiet the ego is a practice like anything else. Just like how you learned to ride a bike or fry an egg or began to draw... we have to practice.

Instead of being hard on ourselves, let's be vigilant with those stories and the practice of remembering who we truly are.

Our Inspiration this week: let's try something new. What can we do to fold in the magic of this beautiful world we live in?

Our letter comes from #accountabilitypartner who points out why we must continue to hold hands on this journey.

All this and more! Come grab a cuppa yum yum and meet me here:
