Design for Social Impact

We welcome Tomo Kihara, an interaction designer whose practice involves designing playful interventions for social change, to this podcast and discuss his process and thinking as well as how the nature of play naturally poses the most critical yet fundamental aspects of the social issues that we have. Furthermore, we reflect on design paradigms such as speculative design and inclusive design, which were both established to bring social impact, pushing the boundaries of design.
