In this episode, we explore the different types of treatments that individuals can take to help treat their depression. I like to think of treatment in two phases. Phase 1 including medication and therapy based treatment; and phase 2, which are additional treatments that can be explored when phase 1 treatment doesn't reduce symptoms of depression. Ib this episode, I dive into phase 1 treatments including therapy based treatment and cognitive based treatment.
