Exploring how the idea that the self is responsible is a misunderstanding that creates stress and that the realisation of what we are unveils a wholeness and a unity with everything that arises.
Exploring how material objects look to have an objective truth to them but that really how they appear is always a function of whatever understanding there is moment to moment.
