Episode description

I work with a lot of amazing clients on a daily basis; people who are highly sensitive, empathic leaders and a topic that arises on the regular is one that I like to call controlled demolition.

Have you ever seen a situation on the horizon and wanted to call it out, wanted to do something to prevent this disaster from occurring?  Quite often the people who are more sensitive and aware can see things coming before others do but hold themselves back from taking action for fear of looking crazy or pessimistic.  They’re too afraid of what other people will say and think.

In this episode, I share a deeply personal experience that helped me trust my intuition and be willing to deal with the fall out of following my own truth.  I talk about the importance of calm and conscious conversation, setting boundaries and being willing to make others uncomfortable to avoid the gigantic eruption on the horizon that others just don’t see.
