Better sex with NLP

Today we are getting super freaky talking sex and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). That’s right folks, it’s not reserved for formal coaching situations - NLP transcends everything we do.

If you’ve never heard of NLP before I take you through exactly what it is, specifically the neuro component, the linguistic part and the programming bit. NLP is a way of understanding how we perceive the world, how we take in information, how we mess with it in our minds and how we put it back out in the world in the form of our experience, results, decisions, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs.

I’m really excited to deliver this episode because I believe that NLP can be such a powerful way to enhance your experience of intimacy and connection in your relationship. Also - sex doesn’t have to be on the table for you to get something from this episode. You can apply these principles to a relationship with yourself as well.

We discuss values, understanding complex equivalences, attraction and deep love strategies and exploring and deepening shared goals. We also explore anchoring and how to utilise this in the three stages of sex - initiation, escalation and climax.

Sex and NLP are intricately linked, just like NLP is linked to absolutely everything! Whether sex is on the table or not, no matter who you are and what you’re going through, it is safe and wonderful for you to feel pleasure.
