SHR # 2978:: Rock Steady - Porter Cottrell IFBB Pro - Few have kept the the flame of physical culture burning the way Cottrell has. He first appeared on SHR in 2006 when I was still on AM radio. Since the 80"s he's been a staunch competitor gracing the Olympia and Arnold stage among many others. While he stopped competing in 1999 he never lost his love for training and that turned into a labor of love helping others achieve the strength, muscularity, conditioning and peak health that was his trademark.
