"Poor me!" The Victim Mindset

What is a victim? What is the difference between being victimized and having a victim mindset? This week and for the next two weeks in July, we're going to take a deep dive into each role in the famous "Drama Triangle." From Victim, to Rescuer, to Persecutor, we all need to develop some awareness about how these roles inhabit us in conflict and what we can do to get out of them and out of the dreaded drama triangle.
