Meet Lt. Reginald Barclay, a mild-mannered engineering officer who just can't catch a break. Struggling with several social challenges, our man Barclay just doesn’t fit in with all of the pretty, perfect people of the Enterprise D, and he uses the holodeck as a means to work out his anxieties. LaForge and Riker lose patience with our new friend’s idiosyncrasies, but when our favorite Galaxy Class dreamliner starts acting up, they’re forced to rely on good old Reg to save the day.
