Good relationships are one of the most important resources for psychological resilience. But toxic relationships can do real harm and seriously undermine mental wellbeing. In this first of two episodes I want to talk about a particularly unhealthy and unhelpful type of friendship: The Frenemy - someone with whom you are friendly or consider a friend but who does not have your best interests at heart.
