In this episode, Dr. Zach Baker interviews professional adaptive athlete John Edward Heath!  John Edward has competed at the highest level sof competition in track and field and CrossFit.  He is a regular at our R2P office in Gambrills and shares a bit about his career and progression navigating the adaptive athlete life.  Hear him talk about:
  • mindset and identity as an athlete
  • navigating the transition from able-bodied athlete to an adaptive athlete
  • sports rehab sessions after an amputation
  • evolving and adapting strategies to improve rehab across competitions
  • training for longevity
