Nasal reshaping procedures are called Rhinoplasties.  These procedures are so popular in teenagers, but many "seniors" also have rhinoplasties.  Skin and cartilage thicken as we age.  The tissues are more brittle, and rhinoplasties are "less forgiving" .  On this show, we discuss rhinoplasties in people over 50.
